From brief to dispatch
- Brief. Use the project planner or send a tech pack, reference or sketch.
- Development sample. About 30–45 days, paid in advance. How sampling works.
- Approval. You approve colour, size, weight and hand-feel; the approved piece becomes the production standard.
- Production. 45–60 working days. 50% to start, 50% before dispatch.
- Quality control. Every piece checked against the approved sample and hand-mended where needed; 5% rejection tolerance.
- Dispatch. Ex-works or FOB Kathmandu, labelled and packed to your instructions.

What is the minimum for custom cashmere?
50 pieces per style and colour as standard. Smaller projects are reviewed individually through the custom quantity form.
How are samples charged?
Samples of existing constructions are charged at 2× unit cost and deducted from the bulk order under the agreed terms. Development samples are quoted per project and paid in advance.
Can you work from a reference product?
Yes. Send the piece or detailed photos and measurements; we match the construction and advise where a change would improve it.
